Consultation Service ?

    A consultation is typically for the current owner an investor or really anyone that just would like a professional opinion and recommendations on concerns like sagging floor structures,Cracks in foundation,moisture and or environmental conditions in basements or crawlspaces. Many of our clients have found this to be very helpful and cost affective. Unlike the full inspection this service is based on an hourly rate (1 hour min.) no pictures or lengthy report. The inspector is there to answer all your question's and help you discover the source of the problem or prevent problems that may accrue.
